Home Health Care
Home Health focuses on making life easier for your home-bound patients and their families. As you know, skilled nursing care is frequently necessary to overcome serious illnesses and can often be provided within the comfort of their own home. RCO provides it's own Certified Physician that will evaluate the participant for home health services. Once we receive the physician's order for home health, RCO will send a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist to evaluate and assess your patient's medical condition, as well as initiate a plan of care and assign necessary disciplines.
