Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists evaluate and provide help with:

Medical Social Worker

Our Medical Social Worker coordinates and provides:

  • Assessment of your patients psychological needs 
  • Counseling of family and friends involved in your patients care
  • Assessment of patient's financial resources 
  • Guidance in use of appropriate community resources 

Home Health Care

 Home Health focuses on making life easier for your home-bound patients and their families. As you know, skilled nursing care is frequently necessary to overcome serious illnesses and can often be provided within the comfort of their own home. RCO provides it's own Certified Physician that will evaluate the participant for home health services. Once we receive the physician's order for home health, RCO will send a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist to evaluate and assess your patient's medical condition, as well as initiate a plan of care and assign necessary disciplines.

Home Health Aides

Our Certified Home Health Aides provide:
  • Assistance with bathing and grooming
  • Assistance with daily living



Skilled Nursing

Our Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses coordinate care services including:

  • Evaluation of the patient's care plan
  • Pain management
  • Wound and ostemy care
  • Disease management
  • Instruction for proper use of medication
  • Nutritional instruction and management
  • Diabetic instruction and management

Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapist manage & provide:
  • Patient's care plan
  • Patients safety at home
  • Prosthetic device requirement
  • Development of an individualized exercise program
  • Instruction in transfer techniques
  • Proper use of walking aids, prosthetic and other assistive in performing daily activities and grooming
